Graham Osborne, “one of Canada’s best
photographers” [CBC TV], for a special 2 hour Friday evening lecture
and 2 hour Saturday morning workshop, followed by a spectacular 2
hour eagle float down the Harrison River.
During the
indoor workshop portion, Osborne will share his personal
image composition process as well as secret field
techniques that he has spent years developing. No matter
your technical ability or experience, everyone will gain
valuable insight into creating powerful, unique nature
and travel imagery.
In the
afternoon, boat to one of the largest gatherings of Bald
Eagles in the world. Drift to within feet of
salmon-gorged eagles and view eagle-packed trees
sporting literally dozens of these majestic birds, as
Osborne provides a background commentary of nature
photography instruction. Then join Graham for a 7pm
presentation of “Spirit of the Wilderness”, a wild and
entertaining behind-the-scenes look into the extreme
side of professional nature photography, as Osborne
shares stories of grizzly charges, wilderness storms and
other heart-pounding experiences that have gone into the
making of his images. Not to be missed!
